Make purchases in compliance with the rules

To fight effectively against the Coronavirus Covid-19, health measures have led to the closure of certain businesses in order to avoid physical contact. At the same time, it was important to give merchants, craftsmen and self-employed persons, whose activity is authorized, the means to continue their activity in irreproachable conditions of health safety. Thus, solutions are made available to consumers in order to make their daily purchases during confinement in compliance with the rules of individual and collective protection.

An activity relay for merchants

The remote purchase and order withdrawal activities " click & collect " or delivery goods comply with_cc 781905-5cde -3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_article 8 of the decree of March 23, 2020, subject to the application of barrier measures. They are a valuable relay of activity for merchants during this period.

Travel for essential purchases

An action in favor of maintaining activity

This highlighting of order delivery and collection activities is part of the overall action taken by the Government to maintain activity. To do this, have been initiated:

• a strict framework of instructions to be implemented to ensure impeccable sanitary conditions during delivery, from the start of the lockdown,

• a practical guide to maintaining your activity is available on the “France Num” platform,

• a call for the mobilization of e-commerce companies with a census offree or preferential offers  to allow merchants to sell online during confinement.

 

Increase in contactless payment

The ceiling for contactless payment will be raised from 30 to 50 euros on May 11. For those who do not have a credit card, payment in cash is the only payment method that merchants cannot refuse.
